Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to start a return Contact us at delightco_team@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
