How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Some trending or high-demand products may take a little longer — but we promise it's worth the wait! You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship to the UK?

Yes! We're based in Essex, UK and ship across the United Kingdom. We also ship internationally to many countries worldwide.

How do I track my order?

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us with a photo of the damaged item and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.

I haven't received my order — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you're still having issues, get in touch and we'll investigate immediately.
